Outing for Father’s day!

I know, This post is a little belated but a post is a post, Right?  Right!  Anyway, hope all  Father’s out there had a very happy Father’s day and enjoyed themselves, On Father’s day itself,  My Parrin invited my Dad and me to his house for a BBQ and the food of course was awesome and the company was even better.  I was able to visit with some family that I don’t get to see all that often, and all the kids played very well together as they always do while the adults visited, and after lunch the kids played darts and never  once faught are argued, nothing, Those kids are always very, very well behaved, the adults hardly ever have to tell them anything and that’s great, some of the most well  behaved kids I know, in fact!   After all of that was done, we all just sat under the coverd walk and visited and then everybody started taking off for home, I had a great time vistiting with everyone and I hope all Father’s had a good day and I’m sure they did!

Back online, Once again!

Ever get so aggervated  when something like a computer don’t work, Well, I sure do, Monday, when I arrived by my Gramma’s, my internet wasn’t  working, ARGHHH!!!! So we had the repair guy from over here come check it out and he had gotten it fixed, so when I went to try and start e-mailing, it started doing the same thing again, And I WAS NOT a very happy camper, so the guy came back again, and he took it back to his repair place on Tuesday to see what the problem was and Wendsday we went to Lockport for an overnighter so I was computerless from the time he took it on Tuesday, till we got back here yesterday, and obviously it’s good and working now since I’m writing about it and I’m glad too… But it’s rough without a computer!  But, now it’s working like I said and I’m knocking on wood that it continues!  

Long time, No see

I had spent  a couple of nights by My Dad’s   and one night we had a special visiter, someone we hadn’t seen in maybe 11 years or so…  A daughter of a woman my Dad was friends with a while back, her name is Doramae, Dorie for short, and it was a most plessure to see her, she was only a child last time I saw her, she was 6 and now she is 18, so it has really been ages and ages, since i’ve seen her and it was really nice, Hope to see her again soon but it’s gonna problay be anothet 11 years…   yall think?   Who knows?    Nice seeing ya again Dora!    Anyway, Just wanted to let yall know about the suprise visiter!

If I see one more Roach, I think I might scream!!

Last night My Mom and I were fighting another roach which I had seen in the bathroom previously and I was by myself at the time on account my Mom went get some fresh tomatoes and a couple of other things… and I got the fly swatter and my kitten was outside at the time so of course he couldn’t do anything about it,  but Like I said, I had the fly swatter in my hand just standing outside by the bathroom door with the swatter in my hand, I was by myself as I had mentioned and Iwas  just freaking out, and I was so freaked out I almost liturally started crying, yes, I know, silly, But I didn’t actually cry and even If I did…                            But It took almost forever to work up the guts and courage to even go into the bathroom, so when I did, the roach was  “gone” so I felt safe enough to put away the swatter and actually use the bathroom which was the main reason for me going in there to begin with, and I was still very cautious of the bug I HATE BIG TIME!!!     I was fine till my Mom came back and we saw a roach in the kitchen and we started trying to get it and by then the Cat was back inside and he was helping us get him… Don’t know if it was the same roach or not but in any case, it seemed to have disappeared and have yet to see any today and I hope it stays like that and for awhile!

Roaches, I hate them!!

Ok, Since I returned home from my Gramma’s with my Mom today, my little Kitten and I  have been fighting (not liturally)  to kill a roach… Ya know, Them big huge things. Well, after almost a full  afternoon of finding him, I thing pudding got him… Don’t know if he’s dead or alive but in any case, haven’t seen him in  a good while so… Hopefully it’s good riddence to the roach. cuz I surely hate them!  BIG TIME!  Thank God for my kitten, cuz he sure does catch them, and that’s great!

RIP Bea Arthur!

Just a little tribute  to Golden Girls Bea Arthur who passed away yesterday from Cancer… Dunno what kind… she’s not a family member of mine, of course but as a tv star, she was always one of my favorites, To this day I always liked the golden girls and it sure wouldn’t be the same had it still be on the air!

RIP Bea!  You are for sure missed by many family and friends and fans who always enjoyed your acting and will for years to come on all reruns!

Nothing and everything!

Well, News of Baby Bradan is that is  he is no longer having trouble breathing and is now doing so on his own… I’m so glad about this and I know his parents are glad too…  So glad your doing better bradan..hope it continues for you sweetheart!   Nothing much  else has been going on… attented a wedding in New Roads with my Gramma and Grandpa last Saturday and it was very nice…The bride of course was very pretty as were the bridesmaids…  (hey, that’s gonna be me soon!)  Can’t wait!  Gonna be awhile before I know more on this tho!  The reception was very nice and I had a good time … they were serving some food to… fruits, chips meatballs, sandwhichs’ fettichini… you know, the usual stuff at a wedding reception… my favorite part tho, other then visiting, is dancing, although, I didn’t do much dancing at this wedding… But I love to busts some moves, espcelally when the right mood is set!  lol…       Nothing much else has been going on… had a little bonfire last  night which is always nice!  My cousin Dimoque had a 4-wheeler accident the other  night  and is doing better…had her  surgery Tuesday I believe and is already considering going back to work Momday last I heard so… I’m so glad she’s doing better!    Gotta get up like around 8:00am tomorrow cuz my Gramma’s rav is due for it’s mileage check or whatever it’s called and appointment is for 9:00 so we’ll be up pretty early I’m sure…  Don’t expect me to be miss merry sunshine in the morning…cuz I deffliently WILL NOT be, Most likely!   Well, Nothing much else I can think of that I can write about for now so…

latest on Bradan/Easter!

I got word last night that Bradan had his surgery and is doing well and I hope that continues… Get well soon Bradan!  And For Easter Easter I was invited to My Aunts House to have a good visit and a good meal and I got to visit with some cousin’s that I really don’t get to see all that often so that was really a special treat, they lunch they had was awesome meal..  baken chicken, roast, green beans, fettichini, and mashed potatoes…It was all very good, the little ones went on a Easter egg hunt  which they enjoyed…it’s always fun to watch the lil ones hunt for the eggs, after lunch everybody just spent all that afternoon just talking and visiting which is  always nice.. and by 3:30- 4:00 everybody was ready to get back home and I got home and relaxed and I was allowed some more leftover crafish  for supper which was awesome!   Then, I just spent the restof that evening relaxing and enjoying myself!     That’s all for now!

More news on baby bradan!

Need those prayers to continue for my Mom’s former co-workers baby boy…seems he’ll possibly need some kind of surgery to help him to breath a little better, so please continue the prayers…  I hate to see a innocent little baby like that go through  something like this!
